The world’s first under sea, all glass diner Ithaa offers a 180 degree panoramic view of the beautiful coral gardens. Set on Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, the restaurant serves fine contemporary European Cuisine, four course lunch and six course dinner. The diner is also open for mid morning cocktails and can also be booked for private breakfast and weddings.
Subsix, Niyama, Maldives
Set up 20 feet under the sea, Subsix is famous for being the first and the most beautiful night club on the private island of Niyama. Characterised by an oval bank of windows, the whole setting does justice to the underwater theme. Sea anemones like chairs, shell shaped bars, coral like chandeliers and blue hue lighting give those oomph vibes.
Set to open in April 2019 , this semi submerged superstructure is Europe’s first and the world’s largest underwater research friendly diner with a capacity of 100 guests. Located in Lindesnes, Norway, the restraunt will serve dishes with ingredients from the local hunters and farmers. The part of this diner above the sea will be a visual treat for all the architectural enthusiasts to add on to the exotic experience, the restaurant will also train some fish , lights sound, and smell variations will also be used to attract the planktons or cod to the area around.
Poisedon Resort, on a private island in Fiji
The main attraction of the world’s first one atmosphere seafloor resort is its pod shape dining room which provides a 360 degree view of the blissful sea. The resort also offers a facility of a personal submarine for its guests. The amenities include fitness provisions, a golf course, a library/lounge, theatre area, conference room and a wedding chapel.
Guinness Deep Sea Bar
First of its kind, this architectural wonder has been designed by London based, Jump Studios. The stretch submarine’s interior has been sculpted into nooks for seating, tables and a bar, which is covered in rubber discs some of which have been replaced with lights.
