Raghu Rai

Raghu Rai is one of India’s most prominent photojournalists and has worked as a photographer since the year 1965. He has served on the jury for World Press Photo from 1990 to 1997. He is known for his books, Raghu Rai’s India: Reflections in Colour and Reflections in Black and White.

Pablo Bartholomew

Also known as India’s father of photography, Pablo is a photojournalist and an independent photographer.He was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2013.In 2014, he received the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres which serves as the recognition of significant contributions to the arts, literature, or the propagation of these fields.In 1975 he won the World Press Photo award for his series on morphine addicts in India, and in 1984 he won the World Press Photo of the Year for the Bhopal Gas Tragedy.

Dabboo Ratnani

Extolled for his yearly calendar, Dabboo Ratnani is a fashion photographer.He is also the cover photographer for all the leading magazines like Cosmopolitan, Filmfare, Hi Blitz, Ok India, Elle, Verve, Femina, The Man and Better Homes and Gardens. Dabboo Ratnani’s Annual Calendar covers the best of bollywood, usually 24 celebrities. Since 1999, every year the calendar has been creating a lot of buzz in the Indian media.

Atul Kasbekar

A fashion photographer and Bollywood film producer, Atul has also served as the honorary chairman of the Photographer’s Guild of India. He is widely recognized for a series of 10 calendars that he shot for kingfisher. Atul holds the distinction of being the first Indian to win the prestigious International Food and Beverage Creative Excellence Awards (FAB Awards) 2005,for his work on Kingfisher Calendar. Having produced movies like Neerja & Tumhari Sullu, he lets his work speak for himself.

Dayanita Singh is a photographer who works on a very different concept. Her work comes together as a book and she has published as many as twelve books till date. Her recent works, drawn from her extensive photographic oeuvre, are a series of mobile museums that allow her images to be endlessly edited, sequenced, archived and displayed.Her Museum of Chance,” contains 70 photos selected from a pool of 700 candidates.
