No beauty treatment is complete without proper 8 hours of sleep every night.  If you have some problem sleeping then add a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow for a sound sleep.But avoid using the oil on a regular basis. Make sure you are sleeping properly.

Diet diet and diet!

Watch out what’s on your plate before its too late. Yes be very conscious about the kind of food you eat. Healthy food enhances your skin and makes it look radiant.Eat more colours with fresh vegetables & fruits, snack on healthy nuts, swap coffee for green tea and most importantly, cut down on artificial sugar, dairy, processed food and alcohol. Consume more of power foods like Salmon, Pistachios, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Dark chocolate, Peppermint, Beetroot and Brown rice

Hit the Gym

Well cardio is not good for your body alone. It does wonders for your skin too.Exercise reduces stress & sweats out toxins, giving your skin a natural radiance. Working out keeps chronic skin conditions at bay. Decreased level of the stress hormone cortisol, is beneficial for chronic skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and acne.

Each phase is 4 weeks and I started training strength specific during the end of shoot for @4moreshotspls with @australianstrengthcoach (who is pretty much the greatest strength coach in the whole wide world tbh.) That’s 16weeks. 12 weeks before that I was training with more focus on stability and with Umangs look in mind for Season II. Which meant I wasn’t living upto my full potential as a carbivore and that’s A -Ok. ______________________ The last 2.5 months have been about increasing my food intake so I can keep up with the training and actually make progress = strength gains. Please know that nutrition and training go hand in hand. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s not 30% training and 70% diet, it’s not 50-50 either. It’s ALWAYS 100% nutrition 100% training and 100% hella worth it (and some days also 100% f#*ng hard). (if you can get yourself an awesome coach who knows what they’re doing 100% then damnnnnn fam..
