SWIPE FOR GAINS 💪🏼✨🌱🥟 ________________________ Training talk: I’m currently on phase IV of a strength programme. Each phase is 4 weeks and I started training strength specific during the end of shoot for @4moreshotspls with @australianstrengthcoach (who is pretty much the greatest strength coach in the whole wide world tbh.) That’s 16weeks. 12 weeks before that I was training with more focus on stability and with Umangs look in mind for Season II. Which meant I wasn’t living upto my full potential as a carbivore and that’s A -Ok. ______________________ The last 2.5 months have been about increasing my food intake so I can keep up with the training and actually make progress = strength gains. Please know that nutrition and training go hand in hand. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s not 30% training and 70% diet, it’s not 50-50 either. It’s ALWAYS 100% nutrition 100% training and 100% hella worth it (and some days also 100% f#*ng hard). (if you can get yourself an awesome coach who knows what they’re doing 100% then damnnnnn fam.. GAINZ all around.) _____________________ Also posting my squat sets 2 and 3 @85kgs for 6 reps because this was a mental barrier I had to get over about how heavy these damn weights are lol. And I did it. And it made me happy. #cannotwaituntil85kgsfeellike60 #comeoncarbs #gainstaketime #sogiveyourselftime #alsogiveyourselfCarbs #preferrablyallofthem #staycommitedthofam #ohalsoNOMEATFAM #nolactose #sweetpotatolife #ricecakegains #lol #100LIFE _______________________ Lifting shoes 👟 in pic 1/2/3 @reebokindia Legacy Lifters Shoes in last pic: @reebokclassicindia Alternate Icons Lifting Belt @pioneer_fit ✨
