Sheraton Grand Resort & Spa  overlooking the pristine Bay of Bengal is a perfect destination. Spread in 10 acres of land with lush green lawns with a beguiling beach front, provides world class services & amazing dining experiences. The 125 room property located on the East Coast Road is inspired by 4S’s that is the sun ,sand ,sea and south India. The decor clearly reflects that it’s a destination within a destination anywhere here.

We feel privileged to have stayed at Sheraton Grand Resort & Spa . Coming all the way from New Delhi,it was a contrasting  as well as relaxing experience. The property is huge and on entering you see these beautiful murals & Sculptures of water buffaloes along with the water & plants in it surrounding by banquets and rooms wide spread. On the other side are the lush green lawns  from where a way is paved to the Gym & Spa. On the backside of the rooms, is the beautiful infinity pool, and you can see beautifully designed lawns , the sight of the greenery is very refreshing The infinity pool gives  mesmerizing vibes. The well equipped lawns  with plenty of coconut tree’s, hammocks , kids play area , foot path (for morning – evening strolls)leading  you all the way to the exotic beaches.Spa
Sheraton Spa was extremely spacious & serene offering unisex services. The services include hair spa , manicure and pedicure. The use quality products with  nourishing properties . Their separate section of Spa rooms and the soothing fragrance in that place is worthwhile. I opted for 4 hands Spa and the Masseuse were very well trained. The Spa experience was a next level stress buster.

Gym & Kids Play Room
Opposite to Spa is the Gym, amazingly spacious, and very well equipped with all sort of cardio machines and pretty impressive weights section . Right opposite is the kids play room, that has a pool table , table tennis n chess etc. keeping the kids entertained & occupied.

Restaurant: The Reef
Reef’s welcoming ambiance is enhanced by all glass windows overlooking  Bay of Bengal. It offers you everything starting from exquisite signature dishes made  from local ingredients to a wide variety of International cuisines. Interiors of the restaurant are very classy and upbeat. A  king sized buffet offering a wide variety in food & beverages is served to the visitors. The live kitchen at Reef has plenty of options like pasta , om‐ lette , scrambled eggs, pizzas. In South Indian  freshly made dosas, utappams made their way out of the kitchen. Freshly diced fruits were served in way so tempting  . A separately set up cheese station was adorned by different varieties of cheese like edam cheese , Brie cheese , yellow n white cheddar. Cold Cuts included fresh chicken salami, pork salami, & masala chicken salami, chicken sausages n pork too.

Salads included grilled chicken with zucchini & pepper salad & smoked salmon, pepper bean baby corn salad and one veg salad both are yummy n refreshing.Appetizers included baked vegetables, baked beans sou , Chinese station, pickles, juices orange, watermelon, litchi etc all were fresh . Milk shakes, flavored yoghurts, pancakes and waffles , ice cream station , hummus and the desert section with variety of puddings , donuts , cakes , muffins, pastries, croissants , choco mouse was a cherry on top.

They have a total no. 125 rooms. There is deluxe king , courtyard view , that has pool access, fireplace & balcony. Crocodile view king room , courtyard view, pool and balcony . Sea view king room has ocean view , pool access n balcony. Executive suite , Bay Suite n Presidential Suite .

Presidential Suite
We stayed at presidential suite for two days & 3 nights . On the 1st floor. On entering the room you see this beautiful sculpture. You go straight to the living room which is very well done up.Presidential Suite has a separate pantry and bar .

There are 2 huge bedrooms along with these spacious bathroom equipped with bath tub and a separate dressing area. And one swim in that private pool can unwind you for the entire day.

I feel extremely privileged to have been attended by the whole team of  Sheraton grand resort & spa . Their staff is extremely hospitable and polite. We want to specially thank Chef Mukesh Sharma & his team for making our visit way more memorable by serving us such delicacies. We look forward to visit this opulent resort soon.
