- Quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped 250g
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour half of the whipping cream in a saucepan and heat it well. Once heated, add the roughly chopped chocolate to it. Cover the saucepan and leave for 2-3 minutes. Now start whisking it slowly mix the chocolate and cream nicely. Slowly whisk in the remaining cream this will help lower the temperature.
